Translation

We can provide the rates only after a brief analysis of the nature of the documents, their volume (number of words and pages) and the time frame in which the translation is desired.For example, for one-page documents like birth certificates, degree/graduation certificates, marriage certificates, death certificates, etc. the rates are normally per page.For flowing matter, the rates are usually per word.Urgency charges are applicable to our clients who wish their translation to be done urgently.

The timeframe of translation depends on the size and on the domain of the submitted document. For instance, an. A4-size page of a certificate (birth, marriage, death, etc.) requires 48 hours maximum

If a client needs corrections or changes to be made in the translation provided by us, we can help you with the same without any extra charges within 15 days of translation. Note : The changes /corrections shall be made only if the meaning as per the original document is maintained.

We have native language translators, with specialised knowledge, expertise and experience in the required field.Moreover, the documents will be stamped and signed, and it will be provided on our Letter Head.

Translation is delivered in Soft copies (by email).
If the client requires, we can send you Hard copies of the translated documents as well. However, courier charges are applicable separately.

Two translated documents are provided along with the copy of the original document.

Not at all! We, at Linguaphiles, sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with all our clients before the commencement of translation. 

Unlike other countries, in India, there is no Government authorised translation agency or a Central body or Authority for licensing, authorisation or certification of translation agencies in India.We therefore recommend you to check with the concerned authorities whether translation provided by Linguaphiles shall be accepted and to ensure the type of legalisation required for the translated documents before authorising the work (since the level of legalisation varies corresponding to the nature of the document).
